Business Development Manager

We are seeking highly motivated, achievement-driven business development Managers

Location: Mumbai / NCR / Chennai

Relevant Experience: 6 -10 years

Responsibilities

  • Formulate yearly, quarterly and monthly sales plan
  • Work with CEO for marketing strategies and planning for events
  • Lead Generation in the applicable geo
  • Work with the technical team for POCs/ demos and close the deals
  • Achieve targeted growth for the start-up and help build a steady pipeline
  • Train new sales team along with company growth and increasing geo area
  • Achieve and exceed quota.
  • Report into CEO

 

Qualifications

  • Engineer + MBA Degree Preferred
  • 6+ years proven consultative sales experience in Enterprise Solutions and Services.
  • Should have worked with Tier (1/2/3) IT or ITeS companies
  • Must have sold Enterprise Solutions and Services to customers in Manufacturing, Chemicals/ Plastics, Food Processing, Paper, FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, Transportation & Warehousing industries
  • Ability to build credibility quickly with new clients.
  • Proven experience in prospecting and developing new business, by effectively building prospect lists and strong ability to transition prospects to clients.
  • High level of clock speed; ability to comprehend and problem solve by thinking and acting quickly on your feet.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to influence others in the organization with no direct reporting relationship.
  • Ability to uncover and prioritize prospective client’s KPI’s to drive a shortened sales cycle.
  • Demonstrates presentation/written skills at an executive level; Excellent communicator.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity which builds trustworthy relationships both internally with SCMworx colleagues and externally with prospective clients.
